Who these terms are between

This website, heavenphone.com, is published by Heaven Eco Hub. By browsing it or joining the launch list you agree to the terms below. If you do not agree with them, please simply don't use the site. You can reach us about anything here atadam@heavenecohub.com.

Reservations are not orders

This is the most important thing on the page, so we will say it plainly. When you join the Heaven Phone launch list — whether the button says Reserve yours, Pre-order orJoin the list — you are asking us to tell you when the device is available. You are not buying anything.

• No payment is taken. We do not ask for card details, we do not hold a deposit, and there is nothing to refund because nothing has been charged.
• No contract of sale is formed. A reservation is not an offer we have accepted, and it does not oblige either of us to buy or to sell. A contract only comes into being when real orders open, you place one, and we confirm it in writing under the terms of sale published at that time.
• No place in a queue is guaranteed. We intend to contact the list in the order people joined it, and we will do our honest best to honour that — but we cannot promise availability, a delivery date, or a particular allocation.
• You can leave at any time, for any reason, with no consequence. See ourPrivacy Policy for how to unsubscribe.

Because no money changes hands, this stage is not a distance sale, and the cancellation rights that apply to consumer purchases have nothing yet to apply to. Those rights will be set out in full in the terms of sale before you are ever asked to pay.

Specifications are indicative

The Heaven Phone is a product in development. Everything described on this site — the folding display and its dimensions, the camera system, the hinge, dual SIM, the Auto Management hardware toggle, the seven Heaven Eco Hub apps and what each of them does — reflects our design intent at the date shown above. It is offered to help you understand the product, not as a specification you can hold us to.

Figures, images and the three-dimensional renders on the homepage are illustrative. Sizes, materials, finishes, performance figures, app features and availability may all change before the device ships, and some capabilities may depend on your network, your region or a future software update. Where a described feature does not make it into the shipping product, we will say so rather than quietly drop it. Nothing on this site forms part of any contract until it appears in the terms of sale and the product specification published at launch.

Auto Management deserves a specific note. It is a tool that acts on the apps you explicitly authorise, and it can be switched off from the frame of the device at any moment. It is not a guarantee of revenue, savings or business results, and nothing on this site should be read as a financial, legal, tax or professional promise about what automating your work will earn or save you.

Using the site

You are welcome to read, print and share these pages. Please don't interfere with the site or the people using it — that means no attempts to gain unauthorised access, no scraping or automated harvesting of the launch list, no submitting other people's email addresses without their permission, and nothing that would disrupt the service for anyone else.

We aim to keep the site available and accurate, but we provide it as it is. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it without notice. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded, and nothing here affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

Intellectual property

The Heaven Phone and Heaven Eco Hub names, the wordmarks, the Heavenly Design System, the logos, the app names — Luna Heaven, Heaven Health, Heaven Wallet, AI Boss, Heaven Chat, Heaven Soul Mates and Heaven Homes — together with all text, imagery, renders, code and design on this site, are owned by Heaven Eco Hub or used under licence, and are protected by copyright, trade mark and other intellectual property rights.

You may view this site, and quote or link to it for review, comment and news reporting with attribution. You may not copy, reproduce, adapt or republish our content or branding for commercial purposes, use our marks in a way that suggests endorsement or affiliation, or present our designs as your own. If you would like to write about the Heaven Phone and need assets or a quote, please just ask — write toadam@heavenecohub.comand we will help.

Where we link elsewhere, we do so because we think it is useful. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product moves toward launch. The date at the top of this page always shows the current version, and the terms in force are the ones published here when you use the site. Separate terms of sale will govern any actual purchase, and you will see and accept those before you pay anything.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction over any dispute. If you are a consumer living elsewhere in the UK or in the European Union, this does not take away the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of the country you live in, or your right to bring a claim in your local courts.
